Water - A Global Crisis
With water shortages and water restrictions on the rise, we're helping create new sustainable ways to gather and store rain water, and fog harvesting. There have been many unique tested and proven water gathering techniques, and we're finding more! Water gathering doesn't need to be an eye sore, so we're encouraging artistic sculptures that not only make our world more sustainable, but also more beautiful.
Art pieces will be part of a larger event on Living Sustainably. Participants are guaranteed a ticket to the event.
Art sculptors will be given greater extra credit for using reusable, recycled materials.
Extra credit will be given to sculptors made of recycled resources in abundance so that the project can be duplicated for other regions with an excess of these resources typically going to landfills.
